The PulseRelief™ Back Stretcher is a simple arch you lie back on. No batteries, no charging, no app — you unfold it, lie down, and let your own body weight do the rest.

Most people use it at the end of the day, or after training.

AN ARCH SHAPED FOR YOUR BACK

96 plastic pins spread contact across a wide area instead of concentrating it in one spot. A blue foam strip runs the full length of the arch, so your spine rests on padding rather than on the plastic.

The first thirty seconds feel firm. Most people settle into it by the first minute.

It arrives fully assembled — unfold it and it's ready.

THREE SETTINGS — START LOW

Notched rails at each end let you lock the arch at three heights: Gentle, Medium and Deep.

Start at Gentle. Move up only when the lower setting feels easy — the higher the arch, the more pronounced the stretch.

HOW TO USE

1. Place it on a firm, flat surface. A carpet is fine; a soft mattress is not.
2. Set it to Gentle for your first sessions.
3. Sit in front of it, then lower your back onto the arch slowly. Let your weight settle.
4. Start with 2 to 3 minutes. Build up to 10 as it becomes comfortable.
5. Roll to one side to get up. Don't sit straight up from the arch.
