We aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Messages received over the weekend or on a public holiday are answered on the next working day.

ORDER ENQUIRIES

For questions about your order status, tracking or delivery, email hello@pulserelief.shop and include:

  • Your order number (format #1001, shown in your confirmation email)
  • The email address used at checkout

Including these lets us find your order straight away and reply in one message rather than three.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please read our Refund Policy before contacting us — it covers return eligibility, timeframes and who pays return shipping.

To start a return, email hello@pulserelief.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.

⚠️ Do not send any item back before contacting us. Our fulfilment operations are international, and the correct return address depends on your location and the item concerned. The address below is our registered business address, not a returns address — items sent there cannot be received, processed or refunded. We will provide you with the correct return instructions once your request is approved.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pulserelief.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the outer packaging, with the shipping label clearly visible
  • A photo of the damage, in good lighting

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
