PulseRelief™, operated by Nuvalex LLC, operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). PulseRelief™ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

- With Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders and payments on our behalf.
- With our fulfilment partner, CJdropshipping, which receives your name, delivery address, phone number and order contents in order to package and ship your order.
- With our email marketing provider, Brevo, where you have subscribed to our communications or where we contact you about an order.
- With our advertising and analytics partners, including Meta and Google, where you have consented to advertising or analytics cookies.
- With our reviews provider, Judge.me, where you choose to submit a product review.
- When you direct, request us or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy, to comply with any applicable legal obligations, to enforce any applicable terms of service or policies, and to protect or defend the Services and our rights.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR INFORMATION
PulseRelief™ is operated by Nuvalex LLC, a company registered in the United States. Our fulfilment partner operates from China, and some of our service providers operate in other countries.
This means that if you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your personal information will be transferred outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, including to the United States and to China, in order to process and deliver your order.
Our service providers established outside the EEA and the UK, including Shopify, act under data processing terms that incorporate the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
The transfer of your delivery details to our fulfilment partner in China is made under Article 49(1)(b) of the GDPR, and the equivalent provision of the UK GDPR, as it is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract between you and us.
The information transferred to our fulfilment partner is limited to what is necessary to ship your order: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and the items you have purchased. Payment card details are never transferred to our fulfilment partner.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our store, remember your preferences, measure how the Services are used, and deliver relevant advertising.
