ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if this occurs.

PulseRelief™ is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.
For customers in France and Germany, please note that VAT (Value Added Tax) may apply to your order in accordance with European Union regulations.
We have no control over customs delays. If your package is held at customs, please contact your local customs office for assistance.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and contact your local post office or carrier.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at hello@pulserelief.shop and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.
